We offer returns for items within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or online credit. We do not offer refunds for returns.
Returns must be in original condition with all merchandise tags attached including original packaging. Merchandise must not have been worn, washed or altered.
Any shipping duties and taxes paid will not be refunded.

To use a discount / promotion code you can follow the below steps.
- Once items are in your cart you can proceed to checkout
- Enter the discount / promo code and apply
- This will be automatically deducted in the total balance
Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
If you place an order online you will receive an order confirmation email to the nominated email address attached to your order. If you have not received any confirmation emails, please contact our online team at orders@hopeandmay.com so they can assist you further.
Once an order has been placed, our warehouse starts processing immediately, therefore we cannot guarantee that your requested changes can be made to your order prior to shipment.
If you have an urgent change to your order, contact our team straight away and we’ll try and assist with any change requirements as once the order has left our premises we are not able to make any changes.

All orders for the United States are shipped from our U.S warehouse based in California.
All orders within the U.S don't require any additional taxes and duties.
For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Any additional duties, foreign taxes or other fees must be paid by the customer. Hope & May will not offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs & taxes charges.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation email with tracking information and courier details so you can keep up to date with your order.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours between Monday - Friday (PST). We dispatch all orders received before 12pm on the same business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak sale or public holiday periods, same day dispatch may not be applicable due to a high volume of orders.

If you change your mind for any reason within 14 days of delivery, we offer refund only subject to conditions. View our Returns page to view policy.
You can process your return on our Returns Portal. Please allow up to 24hrs for our team to approve your return.
We offer complimentary return shipping and handling costs are at the cost of the customer. We will not be held responsible for shipping and handling costs for the return item including packaging.
The parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Hope & May. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns on sale items are 'Final Sale' and are not eligible for a return. All sale items including styles marked down during a flash sale / archive sale or promotion are Final Sale and not eligible for any return, online credit or size change.
If final sale items are returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
Yes! Go to the product you wish to purchase, select the colour and size and when the style is out-of-stock an email address field will appear.
Once you sign up, you will be notified once we receive the items back in stock.
