We offer complimentary shipping across the United States on all orders.

All Hope & May orders are now shipped within the United States with USPS and UPS for all ground and express services across the United States.

CUSTOM, DUTIES & TAXES

All international orders shipped outside the United States may require additional customs, duties and tax fees. You will need need to check your countries tax rate as these fees are not included.

Hope & May will not offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs, duties & taxes charges. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customers expense. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return. 

PROCESSING TIME

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours between Monday - Friday PST (Pacific Standard Time). We dispatch all orders received before 12pm on the same business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak sale or public holiday periods, same day dispatch may not be applicable due to a high volume of orders.

PRE- ORDER

When placing a pre-order at Hope & May you are committing to the order. We require full payment at time of purchase. Pre order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped. 

For orders that contain an in-stock item/s your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item/s straight away. No additional postage charge will be incurred in these circumstances. If change of mind occurs, payment is non-refundable.

STOLEN / DAMAGED PARCELS 

Hope & May is not liable for any damage sustained to parcels or for ay stolen or missing parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address. It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. 

SPLIT ORDERS

Our online orders are processed in multiple warehouses, therefore occasionally orders can be split from multiple locations and delivered separately under different tracking numbers. For all split orders, you will receive an email notification with the new order confirmation and details. There will not be any additional shipping charges applied to split orders. Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.
