We offer returns for items within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or online credit. We do not offer refunds for returns.
Returns must be in original condition with all merchandise tags attached including original packaging. Merchandise must not have been worn, washed or altered.
Any shipping, return fees or duties and taxes paid will not be refunded.
Exclusions apply to gift cards & final sale.
Hope & May reserves the right to deny any unauthorized returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures and may be rejected and returned to you at an additional charge.

Allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email when our team has received your return and again when your return is processed.

PRE-ORDER
By placing a pre-order at Hope & May you are committing to the full purchase. We require the full payment at time of initial quote to secure the items for a delivery date outlined. If change of mind occurs, payment is non-refundable.
Any order placed on pre-order is not eligible for a refund and is only available for an exchange or online credit.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are not eligible for a return.
FINAL SALE
Returns on sale items are not eligible for a return. All sale items including styles marked down during a flash sale / archive sale or promotion are 'Final Sale' and not eligible for any return, online credit or size change.
If final sale items are returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
